P. F. Chang's China Bistro is an Asian themed American casual dining restaurant chain.

The chain was founded in 1993 by Paul Fleming and Philip Chiang. The first restaurant was opened in Arizona. P. F. Chang's operated 204 restaurants in the USA, Puerto Rico, Mexico and the Middle East.

You can find it in Mall of the Emirates, ground floor, fashion dome.

The restaurant chain is frequently referenced in the animated sitcom South Park. The chain has also been frequently mentioned in The Big Bang Theory. And in Hongover 2 well.

There is a special menu for kids. 

Dynamite Shrimps - I love it, it is big enough to share for two.
